Hi, I'm Ekaterina
If I didn’t believe in the effectiveness of yoga, I wouldn’t spend hours regularly passing this knowledge on to others. Yoga has the power to perform seemingly miraculous things, which are actually natural results of our practice. Through practice, we reap numerous positive effects: better sleep, better health, and a deep sense of contentment. Yoga brings us back to our natural state of well-being and inner harmony – to our unity with ourselves.

eka
ONE, UNITY, ONE AND THE SAME
“eka” refers to the concept of unity, uniqueness, singularity, or oneness. Therefore, the term is often found in various contexts, including literature, philosophy, and religious texts.
INSPIRATION
AYURVEDA – THE THREE DOSHAS
For six months, I've been drinking a disgusting-tasting mix called Rassayana – a kind of Ayurvedic regeneration treatment...
HEALTH – JULY 2024
HOW IT ALL BEGAN – PART 1
We all sometimes need – or often need – what I lovingly call the "magic kick in the butt": an event (usually from the outside) that changes your life permanently – usually from a negative perspective at first – and puts you in an uncomfortable situation...
Dein wahres Ziel im Leben ist es, dich selbst zu entdecken, das Göttliche in dir zu erkennen und es in allen Menschen zu sehen.

💭 My Tips
The moment you realize you’ve slipped into overthinking (which is already an accomplishment!), you can try these things:
1. Ground Yourself Through BODY AWARENESS
• Do a body scan: Tune into your physical sensations.
• Focus on your breathing: Deep inhales and exhales help anchor you in the present.
2. JOURNALING
• Write down your thoughts to externalize and process them.
3. MY FAV ONE:
• For every negative thought, consciously find three positive counter-thoughts. 😉
4. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
• Even a short walk can help clear your mind and release tensions.

MUDRAS WORK, among other reasons, because:
🔸Energetic Flow: Mudras direct the flow of energy and activate chakras.
🔸 Nervous System: The fingertips are equipped with numerous nerve endings and reflex zones connected to various body parts and organs.
🔸 Hormone Release: Mudras can promote the release of hormones such as serotonin (the happiness hormone) and endorphins (the body’s natural painkillers).
Mudra means „seal“ or „sign“.
Although the aspect of their energetic effects is not yet fully researched, studies already confirm the positive impacts on the nervous system and hormones.
A book that addresses this topic is „Meditation for Skeptics“ by Ulrich Ott.

Mudras funktionieren, u.a. weil …

➳ It’s time to change the intention. We move as an act of self-love. ♥️
When we move out of love for ourselves, every movement becomes an act of joy and well-being.

[DE unten] ➡️ Unlike a goal, which is a personal aspiration, the concept of Sankalpa turns inward to align with the ♥️ ’s highest intention.
➡️ In Sanskrit, ‘san’ signifies “a connection with the highest truth,” and ‘kalpa’ means “vow.”
Thus, it represents a commitment to achieve something spiritual.
Serving others inevitably serves oneself, and even the desire for more awareness for yourself benefits others as well.
